What is the status of my order?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Please note that certain clearance items may be marked as final sale.

How should I clean and maintain my Eberlestock gear?
We recommend hand washing with mild soap and water, then air drying away from direct sunlight. Do not machine wash or dry, as this can damage the technical coatings and hardware.
